MEET RICHIE, OUR principal.

Richie is a Principal with Optum Ventures based in New York City. He is involved in all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio company support.  Most recently, Richie was an Associate with Bain Capital Ventures, focused on investments in healthcare and financial technology companies. Richie worked on several venture and growth equity investments while at Bain Capital Ventures, including the firm’s investment in AbleTo, a current Optum Ventures portfolio company. He started his career at Citigroup, working in the Technology Investment Banking Group in New York and the Mergers and Acquisitions Group in Toronto.

He graduated with distinction from the Ivey Business School at Western University, where he played on the varsity baseball team.
