Dean is no stranger to maximizing top and bottom-line growth, with the bigger vision in mind.

Before Optum Ventures, Dean spent over two decades serving health care and technology businesses.  He’s worked closely with entrepreneurs to help scale operations, build infrastructure and execute mergers and acquisitions in early to mid-stage companies. Dean holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon and an MBA from Wharton.
