Making good on the promise of clinical data.
Automating data normalization for health care.
Founders John D’Amore and Eric Rosow created Diameter Health after experiencing firsthand the need for accurate and actionable data during their time working with many of the country’s largest and most respected health systems. ‘Clinical data disorder,’ as the team affectionately calls it, has grown exponentially over the last decade, and health care players are struggling with how to make use of their data across disparate systems.
Diameter Health’s platform empowers organizations that depend on multi-source data streams, such as Health Information Exchanges (HIEs), health plans, health systems and ACOs to realize greater value from their data. The technology we’re investing in normalizes, deduplicates, enriches, and intelligently reorganizes the data into one structured, unified and usable output.
Approved by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC), Diameter Health is certified to report more e-clinical quality measures (eCQMs) than any other vendor and supports electronic reporting of clinical quality measures (QRDA I and QRDA III) and produces standard supplemental data for HEDIS reporting by health plans. In addition, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has issued Diameter Health a Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) High General Support System Authority to Operate (ATO) for its Analyze Data Quality Tool.
